She was very personable, relaxed, informative respectful had lots of good suggestions and information for me. It was a very pleasant Aunt experience having an appointment with her.

She was pleasant, and thorough with my problem. I felt comfortable with her.

She doesn’t follow up, she doesn’t explain what going on, she doesn’t explain medication she prescribes, the sever foot I’m having she didn’t even look at. All she’s good for is getting my year antidepressants filled but again doesn’t check to see how they are working

Dr. Straub made assumptions about me based on my past medical history and didn't listen to my current health concerns. I appreciate that I was able to get the blood test I needed, but each one of my concerns about symptoms I was noticing were brushed off as not a big deal and, even worse, chalked up to being linked to an eating disorder I haven't struggled with for over a decade. There was no reason to bring up self-harm during this visit, yet she did. Major depressive disorder was noted under current health issues when we spoke nothing about this, and I wouldn't say is a problem for me. I came to speak about hormonal imbalances, and it felt like it just turned into a psych visit.

She is great, and I have recommended her to others

I didn't know her, but was able to get a prompt appointment with her. She said I need to be referred to a dermatologist. I have had difficulty getting that referral. Probably not her fault.

She was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and suggested some changes. Felt more comfortable with her than my previous physician at this office. She understood my need to explain and listened to my concerns.

She listens to why you are there and then suggests what you might want to do to make sure that you have enough information to take care of your problem.
