Not happy with yearly physical. It didn't seem to be what it should be with warnings about bringing anything new up after not being there for 6 mos. It was less than a regular visit considering what is done every 6 months in addition to a yearly physical.

I just met her but I was very pleased with her listening and communication. She treated me with respect and kindness, and validated my feelings about my concern with a couple of my prescriptions. Sad to hear that she is retiring soon.

Dr Straub put me at ease as a new patient and was very easy to talk to concerning my health issues.

I think she came into the appointment with a preconceived idea of what I wanted. She was surprised by my response to her question. She referred me to a provider in her office that was not part of my insurance. She did not caution me to check if this provider was covered and it bothered me that I could not trust her referral. However, when I told her that the person in her office was not an option for me, she did make a referral. I have not had a chance to see if this person is covered by my insurance yet.

She is very compassionate, is the best doctor I have had in listening to me and answering all of my questions. She also is very knowledgeable. She is top notch and way above average.
