Dr. Straub takes the time to listen, offer advice and best course of action. She doesn't make you feel like you are just a $ she treats you like a true human.

She examined me for my ear/hearing problem (+ dizziness) and said I had an inner ear infection. She prescribed an antibiotic. I'm not really sure how well it worked, as I still have some problems, although I'm better. What she did not say was what to do if I still have problems after the five days of taking the antibiotic -- or if it would take more than five days for me to have good results. I hope I'll keep getting better. I was glad someone could see me, as Dr. Hedberg was unable to for some reason.
