I like her very much, Getting in to see her is almost impossible. This is probably not her fault .

I like that Dr Richardson takes the time to listen to all my concerns and answers all my questions. She has a great bedside manner. She truly cares about me as a patient and never rushes me. I always come prepared as I know I have such a limited time because of Optum.
