Dr. Kellogg is very thorough and very compassionate. I never feel like I'm being rushed through. She answers my questions and discusses my concerns with me.

I loved Dr. Doyle and Dr. H. Since Dr. Kellogg is new, I haven't had the chance to get a good connection with her yet

I was excited to meet a new doctor and share my situation. I’ve been working on a plan with my own but he’s out for an extended time. I’ve been feeling poor enough that I didn’t want to wait in case there’s something wrong. I pride myself in the extensive work I’ve put in over years learning about dietary needs, changing my own and finding what works, and caring for myself when I didn’t for years. Recent blood test showed very elevated levels of something I don’t understand and I have concerns and I needed an MDs skill and experience. I felt Dr. Kellogg was annoyed with how I speak and that I’m animated, and cut me off with derisive laughter to shut me down. I had to sit through most of the appointment being given dietary advice I didn’t ask for, and most of it wouldn’t even work for me but she wouldn’t know that because she didn’t ask me any questions. I left feeling drained of confidence and I felt like I was just a burden, that I was annoying to her. I think a referral was made to another doctor but I haven’t logged on to check, the whole thing turned me off for a bit. It could be partly because Dr. Brekhus is phenomenal and goes above and I got a little used to that I suppose.

She was truly involved in the dynamics of my situation, specifically my husband's health problems affecting my emotional state. After my previous checkup she wrote to me via the portal with comments on my blood work and suggestions on areas for improvement.
