Laura Fitts, NP

Please see comments on first question about recommending Optum. She spent less than 5 minutes with me. I asked her about how to prevent getting future UTIs and she did not answer but rather asked me if I needed help finding the exit.

Always respectful and caring

She didn’t really listen. Was very quick, it felt very rushed like she had to get to the next person and my concerns weren’t a problem. Her MA was very kind and listened and explained everything thankfully but unfortunately when it came to Laura I didn’t feel seen or heard

Need to spend more of the RECOMMENDED 20 minutes visit to answer questions throughly. Last 2 visits were 10 minutes face to face visits after 10 minutes wait time in the exam room. L Fitts could work on improving her provider/patient 20 minutes encounter visits.

I love Laura as I think I’ve been seeing her for 10-13 years. She’s so thorough and very personable. I love her soooo much!!!💕

She seems better than she used to be. I had a visit to review my medication and discuss some possible changes and there was about a 5 minute discussion and I had to pay $391.00 for that visit. Seems to me that the billing code used was not correct.

Treatment didn't work and caused severe side effects. Provider has not read current literature on treatment for my condition. No call back after I reported treatment didn't work.

I filled out this form because of her care and compassion integrity and intelligence. I feel like she is one of few medical professionals with a true understanding of the human beings she treats. She is a great NP and a professional “care” taker. TY for providing care to my family.

I have been going to Laura for over 10 years, she has been my pcp since I was in high school. The last few visits, I dont feel like she has given me any care besides the bare minimum. I went in a few weeks ago to talk about several things: birth control options, my meds and I had a rash on my toe. She zipped through birth control, said she would put in a referral (mind you I still havent heard from the referral). When I brought up that I looked into my meds from adding them in my Samsung Health and it said they interact. When I brought it up to Laura it was oh we pair those two together all the time. and kind of disregarded my concerns. So I didnt even bring up the rash since she seemed she wanted to be done quick. It took me longer to drive over and check in than it did for my appointment. I dont think she was in the room but 3 minutes.
