Laura is knowledgeable and quickly responds to any questions/concerns I communicate to her via the online system you have in place. She doesn't interrupt me when I'm talking (even though I probably talk too much.)

She is nice enough but has spent the bare minimum time and effort with me each time I have seen her. My visits feel like a maximum of 5 minutes and if I don’t ask several follow up questions I feel there are important aspects of my care that would’ve been missed regarding medication instructions and follow up needs.

She get me set up for blood tests for my annual physical....but totally for get a urine same to check my kidney....not thorough... Sirt unusual to forget this for an annual.....not real convinced if thinking through the necessary tests.

She came in the room, sat at the computer read off what the MA. put in said I’m ordering CT. She stood up and that was it, she never examined me. Next week I rescheduled with Christine Nelms who did a thorough examination and ordered an ultrasound.
