I have had a number of major health issues the past few years. Not unusual for an [omitted] person. In every instance she has followed thru with appropriate tests, thorough physical examination, referral, etc. I just feel very confident that I can depend on her medical expertise when ever I need it.

Dr. Winter is a terrific doctor. She listens! She is wise! (She knows about every topic i have ever brought up to her.). She is thorough. (She brings up topics I had not considered.) She has a good disposition and is cheerful. She makes good suggestions! She keeps me on track. (She noticed I needed a pneumonia shot I needed from 7 years ago.). I trust her.

Dr Winter is professional and caring. I regard her highly. I trust her fully. My low ratings are not for Dr. Winter and her staff, who I rated all excellent, 10/10. My low ratings are for the OPTUM portal and computer system. I saw her staff fill in data regarding my referral request but the computer instead stated “none specified, reasons unknown “ then it took 19 days for the computer to process the referral after my online enquiries. I dislike that OPTUM only lets me deal with online portals and my inability to speak directly with Dr. Winters’ human staff for enquiries.

She is a smart and compassionate doctor.
