Despite the fact that she is clearly overworked and the system regards us as numbers, not patients, Kathleen is an excellent caregiver. She is professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and is willing to answer questions

My experience with her wasn’t good. Kathleen kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and she was condescending in general. I didn’t think she was very professional because of that.

I've been seeing Kathleen for awhile now. I appreciate her approach and understanding my cancer. This time she was not as understanding of my concerns and new symptoms. I also felt like needing an appointment for a lab request was not really necesary and now that I see the cost of the bill I feel like it's a system setup to make money not support your patients.
