Kaia is thorough and Attentive

Kaia (and Dr. O'Kelley) have been our (my spouse and my) Primary Care Providers for many years! I have come to prefer Kaia only because it is easier and more expedient to book time with her on line, through messaging and in person. Kaia simply covers all the bases; she's very professional, intelligent & knowledgeable, compassionate, clear & concise in communicating and explaining everything, will go the extra mile in researching answers to questions and potential medication effectiveness or interactions, meticulous in her diagnostics and recommendations. All this, and she's very personable and pleasant throughout our clinical interactions.

II miss my doctor who left. He had a very lovely manner with this patient. While I did not discern the same personal care, i feel she does her job well and that what she told me was baded on good sound medical knowledge, and she prescribed exacrly the proper medication.

She's a great doc. Very straight forward. I don't think she's accepting new patients. But, I'm sure it won't be a problem to keep her busy.

Kaia Hoopes takes the time to understand the needs of patients and listens to any concerns. She understands how to communicate in a way that works for me as an individual. She is compassionate and wants the best for her patients.

I consider Kaia to be a doctor. She has never been wrong about diagnosing any of my health issues. I leave there satisfied and do what she tells me. She has been there a long time. People trust her. My husband sees her ,too. If she ever leaves there, that office is going to be in trouble. She can't be replaced.

Because she is a highly qualified doctor , and doesn't make mistakes. She's thorough and listens. My husband and I have been seeing her for years. She's as good as Dr. Callum was. If she retires, that place is in trouble.
