I got minimal help from him trying to stay on the same medication. It was actually my former Doctor in California that wrote a letter questioning the decision by my healthcare provider to not give me the same medication. I was able to stay on the same meds because of my former Doctor not Justin. His MA was more help! Then when I needed to know when to start my meds it took 4 phone calls and a few messages to finally get an answer. It caused a lot of anxiety to me trying to get an answer. He also ordered blood tests, it took me a few times asking for answers about the tests that were out of range before i got answers. The answers were maybe you ate too much salt, and maybe you were dehydrated. Im not sure what the point of the tests were if excuses were made for things out of range. He has only met me once. I didnt find this acceptable after the cost of the tests.
