He’s the best doctor I’ve ever had and I’m [omitted] years old. He listens to what I say. And he answers my questions. I know he may retire soon as he’s in his 70s, but he has been a gem. His staff of Sage and Anna Leigh are so helpful. I call Anna Lee on the phone and if she doesn’t answer immediately she’ll call me back in a few minutes. They are extremely efficient the best I’ve ever had.

I went to him [omitted] because he was the first available provider and I was sick. I had never seen him before. I was pretty sure I had a sinus infection and he did not want to give me antibiotics but let it run its course over 10 days. He told me to call after the 10 days if I was worse/spiked a fever, implying he would prescribe meds at that point. So I called [omitted] first thing in the morning because both of those happened. They were less than helpful. Told me he was out of the office on Thursday & Fridays, he did not tell me that when he told me to call if I got worse, and wanted me to come in and see someone else. I could not do that and should not have had to come back in. So they said they would leave a message for him but it would most likely not be until Monday [omitted] when he called me back. Well it is now Saturday [omitted] and no one has called me back from his office. I can see the note from where I called in the app/portal. Not only did I get worse but ended up missing work. Terrible service and I will definitely not be seeing this provider ever again.
