I couldn't send a follow up message to the provider due to the character limits on the Optum portal message service. I needed and additional 250 characters (besides the normal limits) to explain my issue. I had to call the office and hope that my message got provided to the provider.

Dr. Randolph is attentive, knowledgeable and caring. She takes time with me and listens to my concerns while providing sound options and advice regrading my medical concerns.

Dr. Randolph is friendly and easy to talk with and share information I would like to get or my concerns. She is thorough in getting information about my health. I am very comfortable with her and glad that she is my doctor.
