She spent time getting to know me in order to better treat me. She was thorough and answered all of my questions. She also followed up in a very timely manner in regard to medication changes that I had.

She has not been helpful in explaining how to care for myself with an injury, add incredibly slow in reviewing test results and sending in orders/referrals. Each step has taken several days, delaying my healing process. It has felt compassionless and irresponsible.

I couldn't send a follow up message to the provider due to the character limits on the Optum portal message service. I needed and additional 250 characters (besides the normal limits) to explain my issue. I had to call the office and hope that my message got provided to the provider.

Dr. Randolph is attentive, knowledgeable and caring. She takes time with me and listens to my concerns while providing sound options and advice regrading my medical concerns.

Jeannine has over 20 years of experience in primary care medicine with 15 of those spent in pediatric and adolescent medicine.
