Dr. Kaczymzrczyk is extremely qualified and always up to date with new meds, procedures etc. and explains the' pros and cons to me in a way that I can understand.

little to no 'bed side manner' I did not feel like I was being listened to or cared about. I was told I needed to come back because my appointment was for only 15 mins. I was also told I was required to complete new patient paperwork, even though that office has been my primary care for over 35 years. I do not get sick often so I rarely needed to go, but all of my paperwork from specialists were sent to Dr Sundland, even if I hadn't needed to see him directly for anything for a few years. None of my files could be found, 35 years worth of medical history!!!!!! Upon finding out Dr. Sundland will be retiring I decided I will not be back
