Dr. A treats me with respect. Is good a being focused on my needs / concerns even when pressed for time...

Dr Arhelger is an excellent Dr and is very knowledgeable. He listens to what I have to say and makes great decisions to aid in my well being.

I’ve only had one appointment and I don’t know him well enough yet to know if I would confidently give a 10 recommendation.

As I mentioned in my previous explanation in this survey, Dr. Arhelger has become an order taker related to the constraints put on him by Optum and Medicare Advantage. He can NO LONGER truly examine me, as he has to rush from appointment to appointment without actually doing a complete physical exam. I have begun looking for another Family Physician that will take the needed time to actually complete a full physical exam at least ONCE A YEAR!!

Easy to talk to. Understands the patient’s concerns. Doesn’t push a treatment if the patient is willing to accept the risks.

He's the most caring, down-to-earth Dr I have EVER met. Genuinely care about his patients ALWAYS follows up (that very rare these days). Won't go anywhere else.

I personally like Dr. Arhelger but some people require a doctor that is more sociable. Dr. Arhelger is very professional and does not small talk.
