I never feel like I am on the clock to explain, ask questions or review. I never feel rushed or dismissed. I always feel like I am part of the decision-making process of my care. I feel like my voice is heard and listened to. She explains each step of my visit and makes sure I understand. I feel comfortable at all times.

I had to wait 6 days to get lab results (I received them the following day after my appointment) and needed to go into the patient portal to ask about a few results that were out of range and questionable. I feel it should not have taken so long for a follow up response and I should not have to initiate the follow up communication.

She genuinely seems knowledgeable. She is caring, but because of how packed her schedule is, that care seems to taper off once time is up. She could do better about creating treatment plans and following up on them with the patient.

Dr. Liesmaki shows a genuine concern when I meet with her. She is knowlegable. And most importantly to me, I do not feel rushed when I meet with her.

She has always been kind and considerate of how i feel. She explains things thoroughly. She listens to me. She seems likes She really cares about me. This 90 day visit i asked her to do an EKG. From that I was in the emergency room. I lost patience and wanted to go home .and she convinced me not to do that. She was very kind and patient. Iwas in shock and she made she i was taken care of. I had to be admitted to the hospital. I had a total heart block. Thank you doctor Liesmaki

After Dr. Zonca left the practice, I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Liesmaki for my wellness visit which went well. I had a follow up visit due to the cost of a Rx of over 700% and the delay in finding the right Rx has been somewhat frustrating, but I realize there are new requirements. Fortunately, I did have a small supply of the older Rx, and so while the new Rx is still pending I can wait. I don't necessarily want to badger staff over the delay, it does need to improve. But, again, the new procedures are not the fault of the office. Dr Liesmaki has been prompt with her responses to me. I think staff may be overwhelmed. Fortunately also I am not seriously ill. As the Russian general said as reports of Napoleon being close to an invasion of Russia, ime and patience, patience and time. In that case, Napoleon was caught in the Russian winter.

Dr Liesmaki is always kind and respectful and doesn’t seem like she’s rushing to go to the next patient. She’s able to help me with my questions and concerns.

Dr. Leismaki is diligent and caring. She is willing to listen to my objectives and give me the chance to make improvements in my health care regimen. I am very aware of my labs and the explanations of them because she provided that information to me quickly and clearly.
