Ella did not listen compassionately, nor listened to me about how I was feeling. She turned me away without proper care when I tested positive for strep throat. As a result, I went to the ER because I had trouble breathing and incurred a $3k bill that could have been avoided if I was treated properly by Ella.

She was fine, but restrained by the practice. She said she only had 20 minutes with me, so Weiss not have time to discuss anything on detail. Not patient-focused.

As opposed to the last PA I was working with, Ella genuinely cares about understanding and managing both my mental and physical health, and has been patient and gracious throughout.

She is very caring and personable. She takes the time to address any concerns and doesn’t make you feel rushed.

Ella identified the likely cause of my post-exercise wheezing as exercise induced asthma and put me on inhalers that appear to have eliminated the wheezing. She also referred me to a pulmonologist to confirm that and check for other possible causes. Note that the pulmonologist had the same preliminary diagnosis as Ella. Ella is also very thorough, friendly, and professional during my visits and listens very well.
