Showed up 30 minutes late to our telehealth appointment, didn’t acknowledge that, then makes me feel pressured to end the call quickly.

She listened to my ailments and suggested a treatment and referred me to physical therapy. She gave me a copy of the referral so I could at least make some appointments because they are very busy. That seemed very thoughtful.
