Dr. Baker has been my doctor for 14 years. She is wonderful. Since Optum took over New West Physicians, the overall experience with her office has deteriorated significantly. Getting in touch with Billing is a NIGHTMARE and requires numerous calls through the inefficient and appalling phone tree trying to reach someone then they transfer you to phone number that is no longer in use. The office experience is a NIGHTMARE!
