Dr. Scholpp takes time and is very thorough and patient.

Please be advised that my husband and I will no longer be utilizing Optum for our primary care needs. After eight years with this practice, the recent changes in billing and the overall 'corporate' feel have compromised our confidence in the care provided. Specifically, being charged a $125 copay for an appointment where no action was taken,only to be told to return in two weeks, is unacceptable. We are looking for a provider that balances professional efficiency with genuine patient care.

In my experience she takes her position seriously. She listens with respect and compassion. She asks questions to be sure she understands the concern and from her learning and experience either makes a plan for next steps or assures all seems well, but if needed to contact her if things change or I feel that I may need further testing.

She is always pleasant and makes you feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and provides the best care possible using lab testing and referrals as needed.

Great Doctor - very knowledgable and caring. Very available for appointments when I need them. - this is an important point. Most other Dr's offices are not - usually the doctor is available for an appointment in a week or two. Dr. Scholpp has been available whenever I really need to see her.
