Had a horrible experience with Danielle and will never see her again. I’ve been going to new west physicians for over 10 years and have never had an experience like the one I had with Danielle. Seems like since switching to Optum, the quality of providers and PAs has gone down drastically.

This was a Annual Medicare Wellness Check. I have no experience with her other than that. She seemed very informed and personable, but I was not able to discuss my many concerns due to the nature of the appointment. I knew going in that I would have to make another appointment to talk about other health problems.
