I just don't feel comfortable with her. She never looks at me when she's talking to me, she's to busy typing on her computer. I'm half deaf and I keep having to ask her to look at me when she talks. She doesn't do the tests I think I need to get the help for the problems I have. I had neck and back pain from a childhood incident and wanted x rays to see what was causing it and what could be done, my back hurt for a week, but she only got an x ray of my neck, so now I still don't know the condition of my back when I go see a pt. I keep haveing to send her messages asking questions because she gives me short answers on follow up care. I asked if I could have a pinched nerve in my neck, she answered another question but not that question. I'm always left feeling like I don't have all the information I need when I go see her.So I'm changing doctors.

I keep having to tell her to look at me, because I've told her every visit that read lips better than I hear. But her attitude seems to have improved, she seems to be more interested in hearing me and not act like she is ignoring me.
