Poor diagnosis and follow through towards resolution

He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. He was pleasant and kind.

Overtalked me, said he did not believe me about the year I have been trying to get the order for a portable O2 concentrator. He is not one I trust nor would ever use again.

He's good but no information about the sleep test he recommended has been left on my phone thru voice message so still spending money on oxygen I can't afford or use

Very thorough excellent customer service

He's a quack. His notes which your even advised to read were all lies. I counted 15 lies in the notes from the last visit. I never wanted to take any sleeping pills. I knew they are dangerous for me on my pain pill. He was always pushing them. Even sent my pharmacy a script. The notes state I wanted them. Researching states would be fatal for me to take them. Tech at sleep study was always pressuring to bring the sleeping pills. We never discussed me losing weight, yet it's in his notes. I don't trust him at all. Would never send anyone there. He sent my script for new cpap to the company with the worst reviews.
