I am [omitted] daughter and I do the portal etc... My mom is almost [omitted] and has advanced macular degeneration. I go to all her appointments etc... Dr. Pena is wonderful! He spends time with us, answers questions, is quick to reply in the portal to any of my questions. I have recommended him to others. The problem which has zero to do with the staff is this...I am [omitted] and working so using a computer is part of my daily life. I cannot imagine the frustration for those who can't. Even doing this survey would be difficult, also the systems don't play well: such as from Optum to the hospital and rehab, what a pain! Dr. Pena gets a 10, the whole system gets a 4.
