Dr. Salzberg was on a medical missions trip and so was her office partner when I needed to consult with her recently. Isn't one of the main reasons to have an office partner so you rotate vacations so someone is always there for patients? When Dr. Salzberg returned, I had a Telehealth appointment. She seemed brusque and lacked compassion for the pain I experienced during the time she was gone. She seemed to disregard my concern that it was related to the mediation I had recently begun. Later she seemed to almost imply that because of me she would have to find a new injection center because hers had ended recently. She also leaned her head forward into her hands at one point, in what looked like exasperation. I have never been treated like this by a doctor before. I found her behavior very unprofessional.

She cares about my health and is very straightforward and to the point about the steps I need to accomplish to improve my health for the long-term.
