If I could give Dr Hanks a 20, I would. He is the reason I stay with this practice. I HATE corporate medicine. But Dr Hanks us WONDERFUL. He always LISTENS & I feel he takes a consultative approach when I bring up information or have questions. He is the ONLY reason I continue with this practice. I am visually impaired so really dislike using portals, but I have learned to use if I have ongoing concerns so I can get questions answered…UNLIKE when I have called & been told customer service (HATE not being able to speak directly to the office), will “fet a messagw to my vendor.” And then I get CRICKETS. NEVER get any response. My belief is that is Optum protocol to force patient to make an appointment for which Optum can then charge $300-$400*.
