bc thats how I feel

My regular provider was “let go” and Tierney was the first person I could get in to see. She told me that Optum requires them to refer people out if they are on certain medications. So now I have to go see 2 specialists to get my meds. The cost that will be incurred to do this could potentially limit my ability to maintain my medications. All I hear is that Optum considers me a number not a patient. I’m definitely looking for a different provider. One that understands people can’t afford your services if this is how your company has decided to operate.
