Friendly Thorough

On our visit last Friday, Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a Month's supply of Codine to counter and Aleve my wife's pain level. Shawn explained that he could only prescribe 20 pills, as that was possibly the instruction of the lead DR. Riffel?? He further explained may have been a new ruling by Medicare, and they had to maintain that standard to maintain their Rating. A bunch of Baloney. We were in transition from the Optum Clinic to another Medical Clinic. [omitted], my wife has now lost her primary, and according to THE SHAWN, we could no longer obtain her med requirements. He lied by not telling, he was also cutting the pill strength from 10 t0 5.

This was my first appointment with Shawn Dunmire. I found him to be compassionate, a good listener, and very informative.

seemed very familiar with my file even though we had never met before, so he had obviously spent some time reading it in advance. knew why I was there and got right to it. suggested that this session could take the place of a wellness visit that was planned for the near future so we could cancel that and save the trouble of a second visit, always a nice time saver. his comments on the after visit report were pertinent and easy to understand.
