he is efficient, no wasted time, he made a good call when I first visited him complaining of blood in urnine absence any flank pain. he ordered an abdominal ct scan which show a bladder tumor, bad news for me but identifying the problem was crucial

As explained, he was very caring and thorough in explaining my hospital test results, something the hospital did not do. Unlike other medical appointments, he took time to explain and encouraged questions. He was genuine and very responsive to questions, explaining in detail whatever I asked. Using diagrams, Shawn explained test results that were never explained in the hospital. I was discharged after a heart attack with very limited information, but Shawn made it all clear to me. He has a demeanor that proclaims how caring he is about his patients. I so appreciated his sincere and caring manner in advising me about the next steps I needed to take to recover. Shawn is an example many doctors should emulate.
