She is very compassionate and always listens to you and provides the best care.

Rosa and I still need more time to get to understand how I tolerate medications. She answers my messages on MyChart and appears to be level headed about finding the right medication(s) for any medical issue, something we are still working on. She is kind but doesn't overdo the sweetness which some physicians think is appropriate for elderly patients, which I find condescending and patrontizing. I think she will be a keeper if Optum doesn't keep moving her around or removing her from the Primary Physicians list. The medical bureaucracy is a monster for both us patients and their physicians !

I don't know her yet, only had one visit and follow up was canceled at the a last minute after I took off work for the appointment. Waisted my time off. Wish they would of called sooner so i could of gone to work.
