I was anxious about seeing someone else but she assured me that Rosa would be good and after my first meeting with her, I have to agree with Elizabeth, she is an excellent fit.

Rosa and I still need more time to get to understand how I tolerate medications. She answers my messages on MyChart and appears to be level headed about finding the right medication(s) for any medical issue, something we are still working on. She is kind but doesn't overdo the sweetness which some physicians think is appropriate for elderly patients, which I find condescending and patrontizing. I think she will be a keeper if Optum doesn't keep moving her around or removing her from the Primary Physicians list. The medical bureaucracy is a monster for both us patients and their physicians !
