Cause I did

Although she was provided information ahead of our interaction from the staff that took my vitals etc, she entered the room as though we had never met and had no idea what I was there for. I had just had a virtual visit 3-days prior, that she recommended, even though we had previously discussed the purpose of this follow up visit from 6-month prior. Therefore, I interacted with her twice in one week and felt like I was being dismissed

She raises her voice when speaking but is very effiecient. Needs to accept when and if the patient truly wants to do more with his/her health. Other than that she is very clear on providing care.
