Polina puts me at ease with her demeaner, greeting, and smile. She is very professional, giving information and getting information from me. She makes sure I understand all of her directions and instructions, and I know how to use the Patient Portal to notify her of anything, and get her input.

She diagnosed incorrectly and prescribed an antibiotic that I didn't need which gave me diarrhea for a week. She referred me to an ENT instead of a TMJ doc.

She is a great provider and highly recommend her to anyone!
