I like Dr Azizian I am extremely frustrated that my debilitating pain is ignored and I am encouraged to use treatments that don't work such as gabapentin & interventional procedures that don't address the significant pain I experienced in multi parts of my body I think it's outrageous that doctors don't prescribe opioids when they can give me quality of life

Proficient. Listener. Proactive. Thorough. I couldn't wait to see this survey so I can brag about my new doctor. I had to switch primary's b/c my other doctor of 8 years moved out of the plan. She was the best and I moved when she moved, I traveled over an hour while she was my doctor. It was hard for me to choose, gague who would be my next caregiver. I did a little research and came up with Dr, Azizian. Her MA was magnificent and then it only got better when the doctor appeared. I am so lucky she is only 4 minutes away from my home, you see the return? Dr. Azizian heard me, ran all of the test to get a baseline as a new patient, gave options to what I could do or hold off on. She is pleasant and knows her stuff! I am thankful and look forward to a long healthy relationship with my new doctor. Keep striving to make a difference in people's lives because you are doing it by having this doctor represent you all as a company. It looks like this is your standard! Thank you!!!!!!!
