Like i said before, Dr Azizian explains everything to where you understand your treatment plan, cares about how you feel and treats you accordingly.

Proficient. Listener. Proactive. Thorough. I couldn't wait to see this survey so I can brag about my new doctor. I had to switch primary's b/c my other doctor of 8 years moved out of the plan. She was the best and I moved when she moved, I traveled over an hour while she was my doctor. It was hard for me to choose, gague who would be my next caregiver. I did a little research and came up with Dr, Azizian. Her MA was magnificent and then it only got better when the doctor appeared. I am so lucky she is only 4 minutes away from my home, you see the return? Dr. Azizian heard me, ran all of the test to get a baseline as a new patient, gave options to what I could do or hold off on. She is pleasant and knows her stuff! I am thankful and look forward to a long healthy relationship with my new doctor. Keep striving to make a difference in people's lives because you are doing it by having this doctor represent you all as a company. It looks like this is your standard! Thank you!!!!!!!

Dr azizian is a caring and competent doctor Who recognizes that patients are people and listens to me. She is always very supportive and understanding and really does a great job trying to make sure that I'm getting the best care possible. She is absolutely wonderful and that is why I stay with Optum. Be communication from the MyChart has been less than wonderful lately and she always makes sure that she connects with me in some way and reassures me that she's there for any needs that might come up for me. It makes it very difficult to get information to her with the apparently new my chart program. She makes sure that I'm okay and I appreciate that more than I can say. She hears me and that's worth millions. My father was a doctor, my brother was a doctor and my whole family is in the medical field and I value Dr azizian so highly because I know that I've got the best primary care doctor I could possibly have. She's great

Summary notes from visit are care are not matching test results and or trying easy concerns for caregivers who help me, difficult no matter if you go out of your way to get test done prior to office visit to get clear and concise results, because waiting for appointment and then the follow up for results was very very extremely difficult it is a no winner situation
