Nice Dr to talk with But does nothing. He quickly shoved me over to a pain management group that always ignores the patients. You can die because of them I if that if Optum’s only usage then I will find a different Dr/company that ACTUALLY CARES about their patients. I sure miss Dr Fala that actually cares about his patients!!!!!

Dr Kleven was very easy to talk with. He went over test that were needed and I test that have been done and results. I have an appt scheduled for 6 months to see Dr Kleven. I feel comfortable if I need to see Dr Kleven or Jennifer Meadows before scheduled that are appt. I'm so please to find these two wonderful people!! Great Customer service!

He used Chat GPT for a diagnosis which was entirely incorrect and then offered medication I didn’t need. He entered that misinformation into my chart but did not include he used chat gpt.
