I went for an ER follow up visit, so had to (my DR was on vacation) Dr C didn't even know how to refer for an MRI that the ER wanted completed. Insurance kiscked the claim and NO MRIs were performed

Very condescending did not get the medical care I needed, was basically told I just have live with my condition so get used to it there are no medical cures and gave me a referral

Dr Courville is professional and courteous. I would have liked a follow up to my Acid Reflux condition which is worsening. I have called the office but after 3 weeks no one has contacted me for an assessment or further treatment of my condition.
