Dr. Chad Taylor is a board certified family medicine physician committed to delivering highquality, patientcentered care. He earned his medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and completed his residency at the Kingman Regional Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Taylor serves as the Regional Director of Medical Education for ATSU SOMA, where he mentors and supports the next generation of osteopathic physicians.
