She doesn’t follow thru on meds needing referrals sent to UHC she has patient get ok thru them that they can get it then makes you wait 2 wks on appt to come back then get you prescription and doesn’t send the info in to them or to Walgreens even tho they sent her info to send and say Walgreens never sent and also says that the lady with Optus didn’t send referral stuff whatever it’s called to her from UHC this is day 15 I I don’t see why I have to do her work also I have an earache for 2 weeks asked her to look at it 2 weeks ago she told me to make an appt for that I was up all night in pain , asked again for her to look at it on Fri yesterday did not even look at it hat is her problem

ALTHOUGH SHE WAS VERY THOROUGH, SHE WAS SOME WHAT DISTRACTED AND DELAYED BY OTHER WORK RESPONSIBILITIES. I DON'T THINK IT FAIR TO PENALIZE HER FOR MANAGEMENT / STAFFING DECISIONS.

She's very nice and knowledgeable for a Nurse Practitioner which is all I need right now.

When I came in for a simple UTI test, she made me nervous and had me overthinking it could be something else.

She seems disorganized. I had to ask several questions for clarification and her answers varied when answering same questions. My physical was clearly just a wellness check without the memory questions. She only listened to my lungs and my heart. No breast exam, ear check, mouth etc didn’t ask if there was anything I wanted to discuss.

She was very though going over my labs and really seemed to want to help me.
