I prefer a woman doctor. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She scheduled blood draws, which were taken in the same office and scheduled a return date for the results. I left feeling very confident in her knowledge.

Dr. Smith is friendly, thorough and does not rush the appointment but gets to the problem and explains the situation well. I feel that I am in good hands with this office and staff. I have been with this office several years and never had a problem with Dr or staff. Very well run and managed. I like having a person that I can do my bloodwork with also~very convenient.

Didn't return my call, even though the message taker marked it urgent. So I went to urgent care instead. Dr. Smith argued about results of my urgent care visit. Seemed defensive

Always clear and precise. Silly yet professional. The staff is great also.

Positive: she really listened about an on going issue and prescribed just the right med. Negative: for a different medication, she prescribed the brand WITH DAW but I wanted the generic, so I was charged over$100. When I called the doctor I about it, her nurse was not sympathetic, (blamed me). I appealed it and Express scripts refunded the charge.
