Beena is very knowledgeable, friendly and gave good advice.

I drove 45minutes to see her. She is kind, thorough, and a wonderful provider. I stay with Optum because of her. Her medical assistant, Ty? was so kind and friendly. I really enjoyed working with her as well.

I have received various professional signals from Beena regarding my questions. We initially got off on a rocky start and have been able to regroup and we both have an understanding and respect for each other. I think it just took awhile to earn each other's trust.

I would recommend her. But she is not a doctor and you need one at the chandler location. Most cases i would go to beena though.

She was jumping around from topic to topic. She asked for information and I would start to bring it up on my phone then she asked another question then another. She even admitted that she jumps around as it was giving me anxiety to keep up. I had a hard time understanding her, communication skills were OK. This was the first time I meet with her. I wish I waited for Michelle Yoo. Michelle is the reason why I keep going to Optum.

Did not feel I received any medical treatment or insight of any value. A complete waste of time.

Beena listens to me, she feels like family and shows that she truly cares about her patients. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really good at providing comfort for all my concerns. At other clinics I never felt very comfortable but I find joy coming in for my yearly visits due to my pleasant experiences I have had with Beena!
