Hard to understand. I went in specifically for a referral to get on zepbound because I have sleep apnea but she prescribed me blood pressure medication because of one high reading that was inaccurate and I told her I never have high blood pressure

Kind. Discuss medical plan that is best for you and why. Answers all questions and uses easy to understand explanations. Answers the question what does that mean and what is your suggestion and other options. Makes you feel comfortable.

She actually sat down and listened to what I had to say and helped me figure out what to do next. So many providers do not take the time to listen to- she did. I appreciate it.

I don’t believe she properly examined me at all. Even if my symptoms were out of the range of what they could treat she offered no recommendations on what direction to go in. She was extremely condescending and didn’t listen to me. She made me feel like I was being overly dramatic about my symptoms and said I had allergies even though I didn’t say those were the symptoms I was concerned about. She sent me away with 3 prescriptions I did not need. I was hospitalized the next day for 9 days and was told if I had taken the prescriptions she had provided to me that could have interfered with my care and treatment and the hospital.

She is very thorough. Office not so much. Sometimes 10 days to get results and still waiting on a prescription for 10 days

Beena is very attentive and listens to I'd say every word a patient says. Notes tell all LOL but no, truthfully I love her and feel very comfortable being open and totally forth coming with Beena. As long as she stays in Arizona I will follow her. As a senior I have lost a lot of my doctors and or through clinic changes, so NO I would not be a happy camper if I could not see her.

She is NOT a doctor as is required in the office as required by law. I place the criticism for this not with zBeena, but with Optum for driving physicians from the practice. This in a pattern of practice for several years.
