Elderly people don't like to be rushed. Plus we have slower ears. Don't be afraid to have an opinion about something you feel is out of your lane. As far as I'm concerned, getting out of what one considers his or her lane is needed to find answers. Most of us old guys come to the office pretty well prepared: we google and we ask AI to dive deep--be prepared for us. We're old but well educated and definitely not new to the medical rodeo.

First visit was not comfortable for me. She is not someone with whom I would confide.

Dr Nutakki is Great and Knowledgeable for Medical or Other, to include the Blood Test results, She covers All with Me, I am Impressed with the PA, Lab and the Surrounding's. Dr. Nutakki gives me encouragement.

I made an appointment with Dr Nutakki to go over two different issues I’m having and she kept telling me that we can’t discuss any other issue besides one! In other words, I had to make a separate appointment for every single issue that I have! she said it is an Optum policy now which tells me it’s all about money and not about the patient’s issues and health! This is why I would not recommend Optum facilities!

Very sterile no compassion, by the book only wants to discuss bloodwork at the visit and won’t listen to,any other questions no matter if it is urgent. Gets upset and says she only has 20mins and she has already gone over that. Also made excuses for computers going down instead of talking about the bloodwork making it go over the 20 mins. No bedside manner at all. I will try and change as I do not want to see her again. I must mention that this is the second visit I have had with her with the same situation, so time to change. If her attitude is because of [omitted] making her to hurry and get so frustrated then it is your fault and not hers.

Dr. Nutakki is very methodical, which I really like because she covers everything that needs to be covered in my visits. At the same time it is obvious that she is also very compassionate and caring. It's a perfect combination.
