If you’re concerned about the timing or security of your delivery, you can contact us to request that your medication requires a signature upon delivery. All deliveries of controlled substances require a signature.

Medications are shipped in discreet, unmarked packages that are also puncture resistant and tamper-evident.

Depending on your plan, we may be able to arrange a bridge supply that you can pick up at a local pharmacy. A bridge supply is a limited amount of medication to ensure your treatment is not interrupted.

All temperature-controlled medications are shipped according to the manufacturer’s guidelines in order to maintain their optimal temperature range. Temperature-controlled medications are shipped in insulated boxes (or coolers).

A combination of frozen and ambient gel packs are also included and adjusted to fit your destination’s temperature. These packs are designed to last up to 60 hours2 in typical shipping conditions, though extreme weather conditions may shorten the life of the pack.
