Sayeeda Sultana, MD

Sayeeda Sultana, MD, is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Sultana earned her medical degree from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in India. She completed her internship and residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. She also completed a fellowship in neonatology at UC Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Sultana became a physician because many of her relatives work in the medical profession. She chose pediatrics because she loves kids! Dr. Sultana is especially interested in preventive medicine. For that reason, she encourages parents to provide nutritious food for their children. She also asks th em to make sure their children regularly exercise. In her spare time, Dr. Sultana enjoys reading about different cultures and religions. In addition to English, she speaks Arabic and the Indian dialects of Hindi and Urdu.
