Ferdinant Saran, MD

Ferdinant Saran, MD, is board certified in family medicine with sub-specialties in geriatric medicine and hospice & palliative medicine. Dr. Saran earned his medical degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Health Services in Iran. He completed his internship through the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and his residency at the Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency program. He also completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the Maine General Medical Center, Augusta Campus. Dr. Saran treats patients of all ages yet specializes in geriatric medicine. Pa tients like his sociable manner, which puts them at ease. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and listening to music. He also likes biking. In addition to English, Dr. Saran speaks Spanish, Armenian, and Farsi.
