She spoke very quickly and softly so I had a difficult time understanding/processing the questions she asked and information she provided. I also felt like she had not reviewed the medical information I had submitted prior to the appointment. The appointment was very fast and it felt like she skipped over standard parts of a physical. At the end of the appointment, she called me by my dead name despite the fact that my preferred name is on my chart (the nurse had called me by the correct name earlier).
