Please refer to the comments section previously. I am rather concerned and surprised about the numerous attempts I made to resolve paperwork which we specifically discussed. If he was overwhelmed he should have requested for assistance from someone else on his team.

I asked him to do an ultrasound for both breast since I went in to my appointment for my left breast pain and since I have history of right breast pain as well and he denied my request. Plus I the patient had to tell him to exam my breast because if I would of not told him to do so he was not going to do it because he just said I needed an ultrasound and mammogram without him examining my breast. Very disappointed!!!

I am having an issue with my right knee/leg and each time he made a referral for a procedure such as an ultra sound or MRI he indicated the left knee. He also had the incorrect authorization code on the referral. When I went for the MRI is indicated the knee area and I was told he should have indicated tibia area of the leg not the knee, therefore, the imaging center could only do the knee area. Hopefully, the MRI will pick up what the issue is or I am going to have to get another referral.
