Dr Chancey is very good with me abd understands my situation. He also guides me for great results in my areas of need like, my knees. He did say I needed to lose weight but also had schedule an appointment with Orthopedic Dr so he/she can advise me what I need to do in order for me to get nlknee surgery. He didn't say like my last Dr said to me Oh I see your down to 300 for 350. Its an okay job but that's no reason the Orthopedic Dr to see you because you're still to heavy in weight. I said to him, you said if I lost 50lbs they will see I'm determined to lose weight. He said, that's not going to work. Dr Chancey said to me what my needs were and I said my knees because they're bone on bone. He said I will give you a referral for Orthopedic Dr He will be able to tell you what needs to be done in order for you to get yoyr surgery. Much better dr and better results

He didn’t take my complaints of pain serious. I felt like just a number. I had to remind him to check my ear (my complaint) & he saw a pin hole in my ear drum. He didn’t suggest anything, said to monitor the pain. What?? Monitor?

Please refer to the comments section previously. I am rather concerned and surprised about the numerous attempts I made to resolve paperwork which we specifically discussed. If he was overwhelmed he should have requested for assistance from someone else on his team.

I asked him to do an ultrasound for both breast since I went in to my appointment for my left breast pain and since I have history of right breast pain as well and he denied my request. Plus I the patient had to tell him to exam my breast because if I would of not told him to do so he was not going to do it because he just said I needed an ultrasound and mammogram without him examining my breast. Very disappointed!!!
