Hospitalized 11 days in [omitted] for a neurological condition. Earliest appointment available after hospitalization was [omitted] months out! PCP reached out to Dr Lopez but w Dr Lopez would not grant earlier appointment. Suffered for 5 months without a neurology diagnosis. Finally, in [omitted] a simple blood test identified the problem. Had to wait FIVE MONTHS for a simple blood test. Completely unacceptable. Reached out to Optum patient liaison twice but received NO HELP.

follows up with care.... in my case, found a compound fracture in my back that my primary doctor failed to look at from the CAT SCAN in MYChart.. referred me out to get an MRI and to an Orthoepic doctor

He was very sarcastic, not friendly. I said it is nice to meet you. He had no response. I did not care for him at all. I also had a hard time understanding him. He spoke over me. It was like he was speaking down to me. I've never encountered that kind of attitude from a doctor.

He was kinda rude and told me paste of what my surgeon told me. He was hard to understand and felt like he did not want to be there. I will not return to him.

Having only seen him once but overall am quite satisfied with his service & attentiveness to his patients.

While he did take the time to communicate with me and answer all of my questions, He wouldn't be my first choice.

He gave my false results regarding my MRI. He realized and admitted after giving me my results that he had been looking at the incorrect images. Him giving my the incorrect results made my feel extremely nervous and very anxious. I was so scared thinking of what my life would be like hearing the results he initially gave me. I do not want to see this doctor again. I do not trust his care for my future health.
