He did not listen to me. He did not provide excellence in patient centered healthcare. After informing him of my medication allergies, he told me if I experience discomfort, to take Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I had already informed him that Ibuprofen causes anaphylaxis in less than 20 mins. Why would any doctor tell me to take a medicine that causes anaphylaxis? I experienced an extreme adverse reaction to the cheap insoluble crystalline suspension cortisone that he injected into my knee. I almost passed out due to the extreme pain. My knee was immediately burning and extremely painful. It took him[omitted] to respond to my messages regarding the adverse reaction, extreme burning sensation and extreme pain. My left knee was worse after the appointment with him. The initial extreme pain of the cortisone injection he administered suggested the needle may have directly penetrated the patellar tendon. Since the injection, the knee pain has increased. On [omitted], I heard a pop in my knee, combined with escalating pain, difficulty walking. It may be a sign that his injection error, “hitting the wrong spot” as “he stated at the time of the injection,” then he twisted the needle when it was under the skin in my knee, and used cheap insoluble crystalline cortisone has caused a rupture.

Did not agree with him. Need a second opinion his staff never received past information from arthritic Dr. his staff put me on hold. I did the leg work went to the office to have records faxed to doctors office before my visit.
