Shows compassion and cares. After my appointment, she is prompt on Optum app. to give me results of X-rays, ultra sounds and advice. If I write her a question relating to my earlier appointment she responds to soon after. Cong Gao has a very caring, lovely disposition that makes my medical appointment go smoothly.
