This was my first visit with this doctor, need more interaction.

First visit with Dr.. Hsieh n he checked my records to see what was happening in my care and after checking me and speaking with me n caregiver recommended two test I needed. He was very concerned and listened to all my problems. I was very comfortable with him.

Not very empathetic, did not feel listened to regarding concerns over female health even though he’s a male. Wrong referral sent to provider. Was supposed to get a procedure but instead showed up to the appointment and it was not the procedure we agreed on.
