She did not want to prescribe me birth control until I got blood work done and a Pap smear. Making an appointment for a Pap smear would take months and the lab blood test would take weeks. Birth control is a very simple and common medication that people get over-the-counter. I don’t know why she made the process. Very complicated for me. I am a young girl with a boyfriend.

Doctor Nepomuceno is a good doctor. I’m very satisfied with her but it’s very hard to get appointments with her because she’s very busy. I know I have options and to see others, I rather see my primary doctor.

Arlene Nepomuceno, MD, is board certified in internal medicine with sub-specialties in geriatric medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Nepomuceno earned her medical degree from the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna (UPHSL) College of Medicine in the Philippines. Dr. Nepomuceno is exceptionally sensitive and nurturing to her pat ients and their families. No matter how busy she is, Dr. Nepomuceno always takes time to listen and to answer questions.
