She’s not my normal primary care provider, so she doesn’t know me or my past medical history. It was hard to really be diagnosed over the phone.

She called on the phone 45 minutes early for a telemed visit. She only discussed one issue and talked for less than 5 minutes to change a prescription and documented over 15. Also she ordered labs that don't need to be completed until July with no note to that effect. Hopefully the order doesn't expire

Couldn’t read the info to call me on my primary number. Put referral in and said I should get a call the next day. Nothing. Had to visit Optum in person. Still no information. Finally got done one on the phone who figured out where to look for the referral and gave me the information. To this day I still haven’t gotten a call with the referral information a week and a half later. Not acceptable.

Ms. Aida Jimenez-Lopez is very good at explaining how to take care of my health issues. She very knowledgeable and advised me as to what other options I have to take care of my health issue when I went to see her last time at Optum.
