Poor bedside manner, apathetic attitude towards needs, unprofessional (had me wait 20 minutes in exam room) made a face when I requested testing, had a tone of annoyance to my concerns and requests for testing.

My first time with Physician. She appears to be concerned about my medical issue. The outcome of this first appointment was given a particular medication to treat my issue and the follow up to see results.

She’s very compassionate and she listens to you and always give referrals and recommendations when and as needed. She pays attention to you.

She was not very personal or acted like she cared if I was there not. She did have a mask on but you should still be able to see a smile behind the mask. My previous doctor was always smiling and treated me like I was important and truly cared about how I was doing. For my physical she listened to my heart and listen to my stomach. She only checked my ears because I asked her too. She didn't feel my neck for anything unusual either. Maybe physicals have changed and only your heart and stomach are checked. Today I would not recommend her but maybe the next time I go she may be different. I would give her another try. It was at the end of the day and maybe she was tired or had a bad day.

I explained my concerns about a few things I was feeling. And asked if there was any medication that was helpful, she suggested baby oil. My first visit was also not good. I didn’t get much information of what was going on. It was my first terrible situation and all she mentioned that I would get results and a follow up which I never did. I had to go to another clinic to get the support needed. I will for sure not request any appointments with her moving forward.
