Setting up your infusion website account

Welcome to Optum Infusion Pharmacy's patient secure website. In this video, we will guide you through the registration process and help you create your health safe ID. Let's get started. Here we are on the homepage. Click on the oval button that says Register to the right of the sign in button. First, help us verify your identity by providing some personal information. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, your medical record, or MRN and your zip code. You can find your MRN on your delivery ticket for the purpose of this demo. We are using fictitious information. Click continue. You are now registered. You will now set up your username and password. Please note the requirements for your password. It needs to contain all these requirements to be accepted. Click the next box if you want your username to be pre-populated next time you visit. This is optional. Next, you should review the Terms of Use and Privacy policy and consumer communication notice. When you are finished, click the box to verify that you have read and agree. Click continue. To keep your account secure we'll call you or send you a code. You will need this code to confirm it's you signing in. Let's add your phone number to your profile and choose how you want us to tell you the code. Now you will receive a code in an automated text message. On the phone number you provided. If you don't receive the code, click text me again or call me instead. Enter this code in the box that says Confirmation Code and then click Create Account. You will receive an email from Optum confirming that you have successfully created your health safe ID. Health safe ID is the enhanced, secure way to sign into your accounts across UnitedHealth Group and Optum. Using Health Safe ID gives you access to many of your health benefits with just one username and password. No more multiple passwords for multiple sites. Use it whenever you see the health safe name. It makes signing in easy and more secure. Already have a health safe ID? No problem. When you start the simple registration process, your name will be recognized in the system. You can get help finding your username and password if you can't remember.
