1. Medicare Advantage Plan Search - Medicare Advantage members can now search for their insurance plan using their Medicare Advantage contract ID in the InsurancePlan.Identifier search parameter and receive a response bundle containing detailed Insurance Plan information.
2. Telehealth Indicator Visibility – users of HealthcareService resource can now view a telehealth indicator when searching for a provider organization, clearly identifying organizations that offer virtual visits for patients as per the Implementation Guide (IG)
3. Enhanced Search Capabilities: Support for advanced search functionality has been expanded through the addition of _revinclude and _include functionality

Expanded _include Parameter Support: The _include parameter is expanded to now support searches related to HealthcareService:coverage-area, enabling retrieval of related coverage area resources directly referenced by the primary HealthcareService search results.
b. OrganizationAffiliation Resource Enhancements
_include Parameter Support: The _include parameter now supports OrganizationAffiliation: primary_organization, enabling retrieval of related resources referencing the primary resources being searched.
c. Organization Resource Enhancements
_include Parameter Support: The _include parameter has been expanded to support searches related to Organization:part of enabling users to retrieve resources directly referenced by the primary resource being searched.
_revInclude Parameter Support: The _include parameter has been expanded to support searches related to Organization- OrganizationAffiliation:primary-organization enabling users to retrieve resources directly referenced by the primary resource being searched.
