Referrals for DME were approved and sent to Super care on the 8th however there were errors according to the equipment supplier and needed to be revised and returned to them, I tried contacting both Optum and Super care and both have issues, Optum has not returned the corrected referral, and the equipment supplier stated that the do not provide one of the DME items listed. (over the bed table)
